We work with standard sizes. However each body is different. We look at every enquiry individually and work out the best size for you ourselves. More often than not will need to adjust the garment to achieve the perfect fit.

For us to best assist you on your purchase please provide the following:

FOR SURGICAL BRAS AND/OR VEST WITH SLEEVES

REF 1015AXL and REF 1015EX:

- under the breast measurement

- over/round the fullest area of the breast measurement

if you are due to have the procedure please include details, i.e. breast enlargement or breast reduction? What size do you intend to be? What size implant?     

REF 1027F:

- in addition to the above please include round the arm measurement.

FOR GYNECOMASTIA VEST

REF 1028M:

- body weight and body height

- chest measurement 

REF 1028MM

- in addition to the above please include round the arm measurement.

FOR HIGH WAIST GIRDLES

REF 1029, REF 1026 and REF 1025:

-  body weight and body height

- hips and waist measurements 

- vertical measurement from underbreast to begginning of groin (beginning of pubic hair line)

REF 1025L(ankle length):

- in addition to the above please include inside leg measurement.

FOR WAISTLINE GIRDLES

REF 1004, REF 1004AB, REF 1003CB, REF 1003CBAB and REF 1011:

- body weight and body height

- hips and waist measurements 

FOR BODY SUIT

REF 1022EX, REF 1019AX, REF 1019EX, REF 1019EXM, REF 1018AX, REF 1018EX and REF 1018EXM:

- under the breast and over/round the breast measurements

- your body weight and  body height

- hips and waist measurements

- vertical measurement from between the breast (cleavage area) to beginning of the groin (beginning of pubic hair line).

REF 1018EXL(ankle length):

- in addition to the above please include inside leg measurement.

REF 1018EXML(ankle lenght and with sleeves):

- in addition to the above please include inside leg measurement and round the arm measurement.

FOLLOW-UP ALTERATION SERVICES

Liposuction and abdominoplasty garments can be adjusted to the new body shape after the initial swelling has subsided.   (Please note that we offer follow-up alteration services to Holistic Garments clients only ). 

Once you are ready to go to the next size down (overall or just in some areas), please send your garment to us with a brief note explaining what areas should be taken it (i.e waist, hips, legs).

We do our best to process and carry out all alterations within 24 hours from receiving your garment. This enables us to dispatch the garment back to you the following day (Mon-Fri).

N.B. Please do not attempt to adjust our garments elsewhere as we use a special thread supplied by the manufacturer which has the required elasticity to avoid marking the body and damaging the suppleness of the garment.
